Bath’s longest established estate agents are up and running with a newly revamped website courtesy of digital agency ID³. The new site is certainly fitting of Bath’s beauty and brings Pritchards’ business divisions – Apartments and Houses – together under one roof.

As Pritchards’ apartments now reside on the same website as the houses that are up for sale, it means users in the market for either kind of property need only make one stop.

It also means that house hunters are only required to input their details once, under the ‘Register Details’ tab, to receive regular updates of properties in Bath that are new to the market and match their requirements. In creating an account, homebuyers can also save their favourite properties, helping them keep a track of the houses and apartments that have caught their eye.

User experience is very much at the heart of Pritchards’ stylish, clean and contemporary new website, with fast loads speeds matched by hi-resolution images that do justice to the stunning Bath properties on offer.

The website has a modern, full-width design and is responsive for all web-enabled devices. So whether the user is viewing on a desktop, mobile or tablet, they will be presented with the properties in all their glory.

The fast load speeds, meanwhile, will especially come into play for those accessing the website via a mobile device when on-the-move. With property searches on mobile increasing year-on-year, it’s crucial that estate agents’ websites work seamlessly and to their full potential, regardless of the device they’re being viewed on.

Pritchards, an independent company that has proudly served the Bath area since 1785, enlisted the help of Bath agency ID³ to bring the new website to life.

Mark Cherry, Managing Director of ID³, said: “Being a Bath-based business too, we wanted the new website to capture the beauty and history that is in abundance throughout the area. However, in deploying the modern, full-width, we were careful not to detract from website’s usability and speed.”

Michael Hughes, Pritchards’ Managing Director, added: “We are delighted with how the website is looking. The refresh has not only allowed us to bring all of Pritchards’ divisions together under one roof, but helps display our customers’ properties to their fullest.”
