If you are a confident landlord used to dealing with tenants and are confident with the current legislation, then our Tenant Find Only service is for you. We will market your property, find the right tenant using a full reference and right to rent check, negotiate the tenancy offer and draw up the agreement. After collecting the first month’s rent, we will then hand over to you to manage the ongoing tenancy yourself.

Lead a busy life, based abroad or simply prefer not to meet your tenant? Then we have two options for you. Our Rent Collection Service provides an additional level of support, including overseeing the monthly rent, chasing for arrears and all-important help and support around the tenancy renewal. Looking for a more comprehensive service that provides you with complete reassurance? Our popular Fully Managed Service takes care of everything from co-ordinating check-in for new tenants to ensuring legal compliance and 24/7 emergency call outs, taking all of the stress, time and work involved in managing a tenancy away from you and leaving you free to enjoy the benefits of being a landlord.
