Location
Reybridge sits on the edge of the popular backdrop for film makers of period and costume dramas such as Cranford Chronicles, Harry Potter and Pride and Prejudice. The picturesque National Trust village of Lacock has much to offer new arrivals including five inns, a village store/post office, well reputed primary school, Lacock Abbey with the Fox Talbot Photography Museum and fabulous surrounding countryside, providing excellent walking routes. The village is 2 ½ miles south west of Chippenham with commuter links to London via the railway station taking approximately 70 minutes and Junction 17 of the M4. Bath, Bristol and Swindon are all within approximately half an hours drive.

Outside
The property is accessed via a long drive taking you into 2 acres of exquisite grounds and gardens. The property sits perfectly within level mature landscaped gardens with a flowing water feature to and from the river, usually attracting Canadian geese and the local heron. The property currently has two low head turbines that generate an income for the property. A large paddock area can be found to the rear of the property mostly edged by the river Avon. The grounds and river boast an array of wildlife and open views, various out buildings, garage, workshop and a kitchen garden.
