Location
The property is located in the village of Limpley Stoke and very close to the village of Freshford both situated about 5 miles South of Bath and within easy striking distance of the City Centre. Freshford has a local rail station with regular commuter links and an active village community and stores/PO. The City of Bristol is some 9 miles to the West with access via the Junction 18 of the M4 motorway. Other nearby towns include Warminster, Frome, Trowbridge and Chippenham – all with a wide range of amenities.
