Description
The Old Parish Hall is a unique and interesting detached period dwelling possibly dating back to Victorian times though having undergone conversion to its current format in the early 1980’s. Although internally the property has a very modern light and airy feel to it, it does however still retain many of its original distinctive features such as the exposed roof timbers and the attractive stone mullion arch windows.

On the ground floor there is a spacious hallway off which is a large sitting/dining room enjoying an open plan feel. A delightful well equipped fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and rear lobby/utility area completes the ground floor accommodation.

Upstairs, arranged over the 1st and 2nd floors are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which having en suite facilities. There is also a separate WC which could accommodate a shower if required. Furthermore on the top floor is a study area which could of course have a number of other uses if needed.

Externally there is a detached double garage and plenty of parking for additional vehicles. The gardens are predominantly lawned with borders and with a sheltered courtyard area behind the house backing onto fields with pleasant country views particularly from the upper floors.
